Aloft Cupertino

I've been here nearly 10 times and the staff are always great. The building and rooms are in good shape and the gym is acceptable with weights up to 50 lbs and two benches (missing a pull-up station and one station under maintenance was the sin). The Apple TV wasn't working in the room so there was no way to airplay on it, despite the advertising that you could. Breakfast was great and greasy.

For all the standard areas I’ve been in the Bay Area. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at due to the fact that the front desk hosts (Memo, Lupe and Monika) are the nicest coolest, most friendly people you can possibly interact with when entering a hotel feels like friends You have had in the past life, and they treat you with the utmost respect, generosity, and hospitality, leaving a genuine, great experience and a smile on your face heading to the room totally recommend to anyone working in Silicon Valley or visiting the area and again it’s a large part due to Memo, Lupe and Monika these three are the best

From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful—truly embodying what great customer service should feel like. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was both comfortable and seamlessly accommodated. The entire staff at Aloft shows the same level of dedication. You can feel the difference in how classy, professional, and attentive everyone is here. The hotel itself is immaculate. From the spotless elevators to the clean, well-maintained parking lot, every detail is clearly cared for. The moment you walk in, there’s a fresh, cool ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. They also offer an awesome gym and a refreshing pool, perfect for keeping active or unwinding. Plus, there’s a great selection of snacks available throughout the day and a yummy breakfast that really hits the spot. If you're looking for a place that blends modern comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and standout service, Aloft Cupertino is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern and comfortable; not quite posh, but very nice for the price. Compared to a number of other hotels nearby, the location was quiet and not adjacent the highway. Not within walking distance to many things, but no problem. The bar and game area were inviting. Lots of space to meet & eat. Safe, off-street parking. The only thing that could have made it better was good coffee and a free muffin. Much appreciation for the staff!

I had an outstanding stay at the Aloft in Cupertino! The cleanliness of the entire property is top-tier—everything is immaculate, from the rooms to the common areas. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the front desk team. Every single staff member I interacted with was absolutely phenomenal—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You really feel that they care about your experience, and they go above and beyond. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We chose this hotel randomly because we were driving to the Bay Area. We had a lovely stay in a spotless room with large spacious areas for bathroom and entry. Bed area was roomy enough and had two large windows to view the lovely trees and hills outside. The laundry service on our floor was very useful and quick to wash and dry our clothes before flying home. The entire area near the hotel is loaded with restaurants and stores. It would have been perfect if we had more time. Two nights here was not enough. We did day trips to the redwoods and monarch sanctuary from here. Came back and had some fresh food from the Whole Foods very close by. Target is across the street behind the hotel. Parking was free and secure in a garage. Zero issues. Highly recommend them. We paid $257 fo BOTH nights. Friday and Saturday. Can’t beat that during the holiday rush.

The price was convenient. I was grateful that I could reserve a room last minute on Christmas day! Room was a good size, woulda been comfortable for up to 3 adults. Didn't like that the 1 window had a opaque sheet of vinyl that rolled down from the ceiling. It's tough to allow light in, and maintain some privacy. That's a personal thing though, and would bet people that need blackout curtains appreciate it. Location is great. Very close to 2 major freeways that can get you anywhere in the greater Bay Area, intersected on 2 major roads for local convenience Parking garage is very small, might be worth asking the staff where else you can park if there aren't any spots available.

One of the elevators was out during our entire 5-day visit so it was a long wait every time - the stairs were very far away. Had to change rooms in the middle of our stay. The 2 bed room was larger than 1 bed room. Bummed that no breakfast was included. Plenty of underground parking. Excellent location... Walking distance to Target, Starbucks, and lots of restaurants and tea shops.
